Email Account Connection: OrderStash requires access to your email account (Gmail or Outlook) to provide its services. By connecting your email account, you authorize us to:

• Read emails from your connected email account
• Access email metadata including sender, subject, date, and message content
• Scan emails for order confirmations, receipts, and shopping-related messages
• Extract order information including retailer names, order numbers, items, prices, and dates

Data Processing: We use artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to automatically identify and extract order information from your emails. This processing occurs on our secure servers.

Scope of Access: While we have technical access to your email account, we only process emails that appear to be order confirmations or receipts. We do not store, or process personal correspondence, promotional emails, or other non-order-related messages.

What We Store: We store extracted order information including:

• Retailer names and order numbers
• Order dates and delivery information
• Item descriptions and quantities
• Pricing and total amounts
• Return window dates and policies

Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security audits.

We use the extracted order information to provide you with the following services:

• Unified order history across all retailers
• Return window tracking and notifications
• Spending analytics and reports
• Item reordering assistance

We Do Not:

• Sell your personal information or order data to third parties
• Share your data with advertisers
• Use your data for purposes unrelated to providing our service

Email Providers: We connect to your email account through official APIs provided by Gmail (Google) and Outlook (Microsoft). Your use of these services is also governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

AI Processing: We use third-party artificial intelligence services to process and extract order information from emails. These services are bound by strict data processing agreements to protect your privacy.

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Deletion: Delete individual orders or your entire account and all associated data

OrderStash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability.

We are not responsible for:

• Incomplete or inaccurate order extraction due to email formatting variations
• Service interruptions caused by third-party email providers
• Delays in email synchronization or order processing
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings. Upon termination, we will delete all your order data and disconnect from your email account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrderStash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any third-party conduct or content on the service
• Any other matter relating to the service

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
