Getting Started

OrderStash is an AI-powered order tracking service that automatically monitors your email for order confirmations, extracts purchase details, and tracks return windows. It consolidates all your online shopping orders from different retailers into one easy-to-use dashboard.

After you connect your email account (Gmail or Outlook), OrderStash securely scans your inbox for order confirmation emails. Our AI extracts key details like retailer name, order number, items purchased, prices, and dates. We then apply retailer-specific return policies so you know exactly when your return windows expire.

OrderStash currently supports Gmail and Microsoft Outlook. You can connect multiple email accounts from either provider to track orders across all your inboxes.

OrderStash works with virtually any retailer that sends order confirmation emails, including Amazon, Target, Walmart, Best Buy, Costco, Home Depot, Lowe's, and thousands more. Our AI is trained to recognize order emails from most major retailers.

The initial scan typically takes a few minutes to a few hours depending on how many emails are in your inbox. OrderStash processes emails in the background, so you can start using the dashboard right away while older orders continue to be imported.

Email & Data

OrderStash only reads emails that appear to be order confirmations, shipping notifications, or receipts. We use specific filters to identify these emails and ignore personal correspondence, newsletters, and other non-order-related messages.

Yes! You can connect multiple Gmail and Outlook accounts to a single OrderStash account. This is perfect if you use different email addresses for different types of shopping.

No, OrderStash never deletes, modifies, or moves your emails. We only read the content to extract order information. Your emails remain exactly where they are in your inbox.

OrderStash scans your existing email history to import past orders. Depending on your email retention settings, we can often import orders from several years back, giving you a comprehensive purchase history from day one.

You can disconnect your email account anytime from the Settings page in your dashboard. This revokes OrderStash's access to your email. Your previously imported orders will remain in your account unless you choose to delete them.

Yes! You can export all your orders to a CSV file from the Settings page. The export includes order details, item information, prices, categories, and return status. This is useful for keeping a local backup or analyzing your purchase history in a spreadsheet.

Return Tracking

OrderStash maintains a database of return policies for major retailers. When we import an order, we automatically apply the relevant return policy to calculate your return deadline. The dashboard shows you how many days remain in your return window for each item.

Return policies can vary by item type, membership status (like Target Circle or Amazon Prime), and time of year (holiday extended returns). If you notice an incorrect return window, please contact us and we'll update our policy database.

Some items are non-returnable by nature, including digital content, subscriptions, gift cards, food/groceries, and services. OrderStash automatically identifies these items and marks them as non-returnable instead of showing an incorrect return window.

Items marked as non-returnable cannot typically be returned to the retailer. This includes digital downloads, streaming subscriptions (like iCloud or Netflix), gift cards, perishable food items, donations, and certain final-sale merchandise.

Pricing & Billing

Every new account gets a 30-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial. You can connect your email, import orders, and use all features during this period.

When your 30-day trial ends, you'll need to subscribe to continue using OrderStash. Your data is preserved, but you won't be able to access the dashboard or receive updates until you subscribe. We'll send you reminder emails before your trial expires.

The Annual plan ($9.99/year) renews automatically each year. The Lifetime plan ($29.99 one-time) gives you permanent access with no recurring charges ever. Both plans include all features. The Lifetime plan pays for itself in just 3 years.

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you're unsatisfied with OrderStash, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund.

Occasionally we offer promotional discounts. If you have a coupon code, you can apply it on the pricing page. We also sometimes offer special pricing for students or non-profit organizations—contact us to inquire.

You can cancel your Annual subscription anytime from the Subscription page in your dashboard settings. After cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Lifetime plans don't require cancellation.

Troubleshooting

Orders may take some time to appear after connecting your email. If orders are missing, check that: (1) the order confirmation email exists in your inbox, (2) your email sync is active in Settings, and (3) the email is from a supported retailer format. Some retailers use unusual email formats that may not be recognized.

If sync appears stuck, try disconnecting and reconnecting your email account from the Settings page. This refreshes the connection. If the problem persists, contact support with your account email and we'll investigate.

Our AI extraction is highly accurate but not perfect. Complex or unusually formatted emails may occasionally have extraction errors. You can report incorrect orders through the Contact page and we'll use the feedback to improve our system.

You can reach us through the Contact page on our website. We typically respond within 24-48 hours on business days. For account-specific issues, please include your account email address in your message.
